About Pasadena Transit

The City of Pasadena Department of Transportation Transit Division runs two programs: Pasadena Transit and Pasadena Dial-A-Ride. Since 1994, Pasadena Transit has been a community circulator serving the City of Pasadena. Today Pasadena Transit provides six local fixed routes which connect Pasadena residents, visitors and workers to key points of interest throughout the city, and also to the regional transportation network including the Metro Gold Line. Pasadena Dial-A-Ride is a shared ride, curb-to-curb transportation service for residents who are at least 60 years old or who are under 60 years old with a disability that prevents the use of fixed route bus service. Pasadena Dial-A-Ride provides service to residents of Pasadena, San Marino and the adjacent unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County including Altadena, Kinneloa, Chapman Woods, and East San Gabriel.
